I did receive an email today that the dream job I want will be accepting applications again starting tomorrow, so I'm applying for that. So that means, I will need to start getting in shape in case I am chosen to continue in the application/interview process.
So, I'm thinking I need to start the Couch to 5k program. I will roughly be following this plan.
My fitness goals will be:
- 1-min sit-ups I need to be able to do at least 41-42
- Timed 300-Meter Sprint - at least 59.9-57.5 seconds
- Push up (untimed) - I need to be able to do at least 22-26
- 1.5 Mile Run (in minutes:seconds) - 12:59-12:30
The plan tomorrow, after work and after going to the court house and bank, I will go for a mile walk.
I watched this for some inspiration/motivation, and I think it may have worked
